Description
The wines of Savigny les Beaune have a medium color intensity. Their bouquet is elegant, quite powerful, marked by a dominant cherry-blackcurrant-raspberry, evolving towards strawberry and undergrowth after a few years. Flexible, discreetly tannic, not very acidic, they have a light and loose structure, which gives them a feminine image. The first growths, more robust, lack neither character nor power.
