Domaine Pascal and Nicolas Reverdy is a family estate dating from before the 20th century and passed down from father to son for generations.
As was customary, the estate's farming activity was diversified: Crottin de Chavignol and wine were not produced on the estate's land until the early 1980s. Subsequently, the production of goat cheese is gradually replaced by viticulture. The farm buildings were then transformed into cellars and wineries. The brothers Pascal and Nicolas Reverdy returned to the family estate in 1985 as owners.
Pascal Reverdy and his sister-in-law Sophie Reverdy produce a solid range of white wines from this superb estate, white wines of character with fruity and refined minerality with a smoky finish. The red wines have evolved over the last vintages, especially with regard to aging in softer and integrated barrels. The new vintage La Grande Rue des caillottes in Sury-en-Vaux was born in 2019. This is a vibrant and sparkling Sauvignon Blanc style!

- The Grande Rue, with its fantastic fat and strength, takes one to two years to arrive on the table. What power!
In the reds, we feel an overabundance of richness of the 2020 vintage, especially A Nicolas, which has a density and a pronounced woody that we hope to refine in the coming years.
Terre de Maimbray is characterized by a fine oil, a pure taste and a very intense aroma of black fruits. A wine to inhibit for at least a year if you have the patience so that it reveals its full capacity.
