Description
Coming from a family of winegrowers, Céline and Frédéric started their adventure in 2013. They have created their own winery in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. The 36 hectares of vines are mainly composed of Chardonnay grape varieties from the Burgundy and Chablis appellations. They also use the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety (AOC Saint-Bris), Pinot Noir (AOC Irancy), Aligoté and the rare Sacy grape variety.
With a deep connection to their family roots, they are building a new winery that exudes a sense of freedom. Céline and Frédéric are writing a new page in the history of wine.
