Selection cellar Maison des Millésimes Paris
Anchored in the heart of the Marne Valley 15 km from Epernay, our estate located entirely on the left bank, highlights terroirs made of clays and sands laid on limestone mother rocks.
In 1996, when I took over the reins of the estate with my brother-in-law Jean-Marc Laisné, our goal was to highlight the diversity of the plots we exploited, and so in 1999, we developed our first PARCELLAIRES cuvées: Les Genevraux and Brisefer.
Our vineyard consists of about forty plots planted mainly with Meunier. No herbicides are used, and soil maintenance is carried out mechanically. From June 15, we let a natural grass develop that we will keep until the end of the following winter.
To combat diseases, priority is given to prophylactic measures such as disbudding, careful trellising and early leaf stripping on the face least exposed to the sun.
We also attach great importance to the selection of the plant material we plant, often from our old vines.
Finally, our farm was one of the first to be certified HVE3 (Agronomic way). This certification limits the use of chemicals and encourages the respect or development of Bio-diversity.
