Description

We will discover together an exercise very appreciated by wine lovers and professionals namely a horizontal on a single vintage: the 2009.

Too often we compare wines on different vintages. However, many factors influence the taste and aromatic appreciation of a wine: climate, terroir, grape varieties, ageing, vinification, on-call/ageing time, etc.
The interest of the horizontal on a vintage at perfect maturity (here the 2009, about ten years of guarding in the cellar) makes it possible to remove the factor guard / aging to put them all on an equal footing.
Thus, we will be able to compare the ability of evolution of each of the wines on different terroirs and grape varieties. Who will do best on this very great vintage? Bordeaux, Languedoc, Spain or Provence?

To find out, do not miss under any circumstances this splendid tasting that will take place in our premises on Paris 1st.
Evening hosted by one of our professional tasting experts.

A cheese / cold cuts / raw vegetables buffet will be offered at the end of the tasting.
