Selection cellar Maison des Millésimes Paris
The color is a vibrant pale yellow with silver highlights, reflecting youth and purity.
The nose expresses a beautiful freshness, blending aromas of ripe lemon, white flowers, and a slight hint of damp stone reminiscent of the terroir's limestone.
The palate is tense and straightforward, with a pronounced mineral structure and perfectly integrated acidity. The fruit remains crisp, supported by notes of citrus, fresh pear, and a subtle salinity on the finish.

Frédéric Cossard is a key figure in Burgundy's natural wine scene. Heading Domaine de Chassorney since 1996, he cultivates around ten hectares on the Côte de Beaune, while also vinifying, through his wine merchant, organic grapes from prestigious terroirs in Burgundy, Jura, and Languedoc. Guided by a biodynamic approach without chemical additives, and a vinification process without sulfur or added yeast, he produces wines of great purity, lively, and expressive. The reds are ripe, joyful, and aromatic, while the whites are distinguished by their originality and depth. His cuvées, natural and unadorned, are now among the most sought-after in the region.
