Description
Our parcels, fragmented and small in size, are mainly found on the torrential cone of Thes. The clay-limestone soil is very stony. It gives its specificity to our terroir. This is expressed in all our wines and especially in our "Old Vines" cuvée made from the mollard grape, the traditional grape variety of our valley. This touch of minerality is the signature of the estate's vintages. »
We will show you our vineyard and the grape varieties from which we produce wines and we will make you taste some of our wines.

We are a family of winemakers committed to the preservation and enhancement of local grape varieties (including the Mollard grape variety whose name means "little mountain"). We advocate for the diversity of aromas and pleasures, against the uniformity of tastes. Our harvests are 100% manual. We work as naturally as possible (partly on horseback) with minimal interventions and sulphites for our wines. We are HVE certified and in BIO conversion. Our vintages are characterized by a beautiful freshness and a touch of mineralized in the finish which is the signature of our Domain. We invite you to consume in moderation and remind you that alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health. See less
