Description
Eric and Christophe will welcome you to the distillery over coffee or tea. Around your stills (one still for up to 2 people), and the necessary spices, you will establish the recipe for your own Gin. You will dose the spices and fresh products. You can then start heating!
During distillation, you will take a break with the team that has prepared lunch for you.
After the last cut, you will take an in-depth tour of the distillery.
At the end of distillation, you will make your assessment and measure the alcoholic degree. You will then bottle your production and make the first dilution step.
Eric and Christophe will explain how at home, little by little dilute your Gin.
You will leave with your own bottle of personalized Gin and a notice for slow dilution.

The 1€ tours mean that they are made free of charge by the distillery. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and avoid the winemaker to block a visiting slot unnecessarily.
In case of unforeseen events, we kindly ask you to cancel your visit to the platform and / or notify the distillery directly.
