Corentin ESNAULT, 21 years old, is above all the nose and the palace of the Factory. Son of Eric, he is the cook-gardener of the family. He is always looking for new recipes. "Since I was a child I like to marry flavors, cook with my own sauce, and share with family and friends. When my father suggested that I create new recipes for Gin and Whisky with him, I obviously said yes."
