Tradition mixed with modernity. We produce single-vineyard wines, a process that begins with our farmers in each vineyard, paying attention to every detail and using both traditional techniques and the latest technology for maximum quality control. In our facilities, our winemaker creates wines each year with a distinct identity, reflecting our terroir and more than 2,700 years of winemaking tradition. Our vineyards are our true identity Our vineyards are made up of old vines over 65 years old, carefully maintained by the best winemakers. The star grape of our winery and the appellation is the Bobal grape. A unique and exclusive grape variety from our region that provides us with unique wines, fruity and particularly adapted to ageing. In our vineyards, you can also find other white grape varieties such as Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc and Merseguera. Memorias del RAMBAM We dedicated our first vintage in honor of Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon, also known as RAMBAM, who was famous in medieval Spain (Sefarad) as a philosopher, theologist, doctor and rabbi, and who recommended moderate wine consumption to enhance the health of his patients. All our wines follow a strict kosher certification.
