Description

The nose presents intense and subtle aromas, evokes a whole made of peach, honey, white fruits, finely grilled notes. On the palate, it has a beautiful fineness of grain with a smooth side, the finish is tangy and fruity.
It is a cooler wine than Châteauneuf, it is a wine aged only in stainless steel vats, there is no aging in wood and therefore less volume in the mouth.

The Geniest family, coopers by profession since the 18th century, created Mas Saint-Louis, this historic 30-hectare estate in one piece to the south of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The slightly sandy soil is made up of terraces of rolled pebbles and strata of Burdigalian molasse typical of the appellation.
