Description

Abbaye Road is a blend of different wines aged in 30 hl casks. The grape variety is
Gamay. The terroir is sandy or sandy loam, the vines are between 40 and 80 years old. There
The harvest is done manually in small boxes, with rigorous sorting in the cellar. The maceration of the
harvest takes place in concrete vats, without yeasting, chaptalization, or punching down. Vatting
last between 6 and 12 days.

The Marc Delienne estate is located in the commune of Fleurie, in Beaujolais.
The vineyard is worked biodynamically in order to respect nature. The terroir is sandy or
sandy loam from primary rocks (granites) or ancient alluvium. The vines have
between 40 and 80 years old, they are planted with an average density of 11,000 plants/ha.
Vinification is carried out very gently, as naturally as possible. We use
concrete tanks, inert container, which are filled without yeasting or chaptalization.
