Discover the fantastic pairing possibilities tasting different chocolates of Simón Coll together with some of our most gastronomic wines and cavas.

The visit includes:
-Welcome and presentation of the winery.
-Visit to the vineyards and introduction to biodynamic agriculture.
-Visit to the barrel room to learn how we make our wines.
-Visit to the cellar to discover the process of making cava.
-Guided pairing of our biodynamic wines and cavas with the best selection of chocolates from Simón Coll or cheeses from the Xerigots workshop.

Cheese pairing: guided tasting of 4 cheeses specially selected by the Xerigots workshop and 8 organic wines and cavas of biodynamic viticulture.
Chocolate pairing: guided tasting of 5 chocolates by Simón Coll and 7 organic wines and cavas of biodynamic viticulture.
