Description
You will visit the Foix Natural Park, from the valley to the highest mountains of the region, visiting millenary terraces and the magical piélagos until you reach the Hermitage of Santa María de Foix, while you discover the wide range of soils and microclimates that we combine to make our wines and cavas more qualitative. We will end the adventure with a commented tasting of our biodynamic wines and cavas.
The visit includes:
-Guided tour with our 4×4 vehicles.
-Visit of the different farms located in the Foix Natural Park.
-Visit to the barrel room to learn how we make our wines.
-Visit to the cellar to discover the process of making cava.
-Commented tasting of our biodynamic wines and cavas and our extra virgin olive oil.
Essence tasting: commented tasting of 6 organic wines and cavas from the DO Penedés and DO Cava, through which we can get to know in depth the soils, microclimates and varieties of the region, as well as a wine from our small winery in Priorat. The tasting will be accompanied by fuet, Manchego cheese and the extra virgin olive oil that we elaborate in Priorat.
