Description
Rooted for generations on our Languedoc shale hillsides, we enjoy a unique terroir characterized by its southern exposure, its dry climate, its altitude (250m), its slightly acidic soils and its grip on the north wind.
Exclusively grown in Organic Agriculture and Biodynamics, our field is responsible and forward-looking.
True to our conception of wine, which we believe should be as natural as possible, we carry out only a minimum of interventions during its ageing so as not to distort its aromas and its attachment to the terroir.
We attach great importance to the quality of our harvest, which is why the entire vineyard is sorted on stumps and harvested manually. Low yields between 20 and 30 ho/ha as well as traditional winemaking and carbon maceration, allow us to produce wines with exceptional guarding potential.
