The Distillery of Fontagard is one of the reference distilleries as an official supplier of Cognac eau de vie among the largest houses, Courvoisier and Rémy Martin. With a distillation capacity of 11 stills, we guarantee production in quality and quantity.
Distillation Spirits
With our experience of double distillation in our Charentais stills for the elaboration of cognac brandy, we distill our other spirits in the same way. This double pass technique, gives our products more intense and finer aromas.

The 1€ tours mean that they are made free of charge by the distillery. This amount is requested to ensure the seriousness of your request and avoid the winemaker to block a visiting slot unnecessarily.

Founded in 1870 by Ernest Granchère, the Distillerie de Fontagard is a family-owned company manufacturing cognac and spirits passed down from generation to generation. Historically, the Distillery of Fontagard produces eaux-de-vie for the largest Cognac Houses. Over the years, successive generations have diversified activities with passion by highlighting their know-how. Today, the Distillerie de Fontagard is organized into three distinct poles: – Distillation of Spirits – Wholesale Spirits Merchant – Merchant-Winemaker grape must and malts Sensitive to respect for the environment, we are very involved and anxious to protect it.
