Located in the South of France, in the North-East of the AOC Faugères, in the heart of LANGUEDOC, domaine Ollier-Taillefer is family-friendly.
It is operated by Luc and Françoise Ollier, brother and sister, 5th generation of winegrowers native to the vintage and today responsible for these 36 hectares of vineyards in the AOC Faugères zone, now converted into Organic Agriculture.
In 2020, Florent Ollier, Luc's youngest son, joined the Domaine and joined forces with his father and aunt. The story continues...
Our production is 1100 hectolitres on average.
800 hectolitres of red AOC FAUGÈRES
200 hectolitres of rosé AOC FAUGÈRES
100 hectolitres of white AOC FAUGÈRES
All of our production is bottled at the property and marketed by us.

Our history It was in 1977 that our parents, Nicole and Alain Ollier marketed the first bottle of the estate... The wines of Faugères were then only VDQS (delimited wine of superior quality). Accession to the AOC (appellation d'origine contrôlée) dates from 1982 (decree of 5 May) for red and rosé, from 2004 for white. Luc joined the estate in 1990, Françoise in 2002, Florent in 2020.
