Description

Farm-Distillery in the heart of Picardy.
Discover our dry gins, the DARING and the EXPLORER, and our single malt whisky.
Etienne d'Hautefeuille took over the family cereal farm in 2013, a major project in mind.
In December 2015, he created the Distillerie d'Hautefeuille to produce single malt whisky from the field to the bottle, and dry gin with regional botany.
Etienne grows barley on his farm in a reasoned and eco-responsible way. Once harvested, the barley is malted by a partner before being brewed, distilled and aged within the property surrounded by family land for 10 generations.
We would be very happy to be able to welcome you in our field!
