Gaël Mordac, wine merchant in Amiens, joined the project during this period. With several years in the sale of wine and spirits, he brought his science of distribution to the distillery of Hautefeuille. In 2016, the two partners met in Bordeaux, at the still manufacturer Stupfler, to conduct the first distillation tests.
