Discover the estate of Mr. Pascal Charles and his daughter Pauline, located in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, close to the village of Nantoux, a beautiful ancient village atypical for its pale pink stone colors.
After a visit to the winery including the winery and the vineyard, you will be comfortably seated to taste 6 emblematic wines of the estate (ranging from white to red through rosé!) commented by Pauline, who will explain Burgundy and its specific terroir.
