Domaine Julien Guillon's vineyards are managed as living organisms, complex and interconnected systems requiring special attention and management, not helicopter pesticide discharges. The efforts to be made are important, but the reward is the intense life present in every square inch of Domaine Julien Guillon that can be felt in every bottle.
One of the well-known characteristics of natural wine is its ability to preserve the "soul of grapes". You don't have to visit the terraces of Buitonnaz to know that in every vintage he produces, Julien fuses his soul with that of the grapes he grows.
We will be delighted to welcome you for a presentation of our vineyard.
We will explain the work done at the vineyard, then the one done to the winemaking to finish by the wine growing.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our vintages.

Julien Guillon, immersed in the world of wine since he was a child, from the height of his 5 years he was already helping his brother to harvest the grapes. Later, he studied viticulture in Beaune, France and later returned to Switzerland where he had various jobs always related to wines. It was in 2017, in Ayent that he started with 1 hectare, 1 year later he was already left with 3.5 hectares, he produced his first vintage some time later. See less
