Julien Guillon, immersed in the world of wine since he was a child, from the height of his 5 years he was already helping his brother to harvest the grapes. Later, he studied viticulture in Beaune, France and later returned to Switzerland where he had various jobs always related to wines. It was in 2017, in Ayent that he started with 1 hectare, 1 year later he was already left with 3.5 hectares, he produced his first vintage some time later.
