Description
In the heart of the vineyards of northern Burgundy in the department of Yonne (less than two hours from Paris), the 30-hectare farm extends over the municipalities of Saint-Bris, Irancy and Chablis.
It is in 1979 that we take over (Ghislaine and Jean-Hugues) the family business, we have always been keen to pay attention to the land, it is this respect for the land that the logic of cultivating differently appeared as a no-brainer. After adopting organic cultivation for many years, an application for certification is filed with ECOCERT, the domain has been certified since 2001.
For many years, we have been working the vineyards with respect for appellations, consumers, people who work for the estate and of course the environment with a know-how that combines tradition and modernism.
We would love to welcome you to the estate to visit you, and to make you taste some of our vintages.

Our family estate, for which we find the first traces in the 14th century, is located in the winemaking village of Saint-Bris le Vineux dating from the Middle Ages, this one is surrounded by Irancy, Chablis and Auxerre. It was in 1979 that Ghislaine and Jean-Hugues took over the family business. In 2005, it was the turn of their son Guilhem and his wife Marie to join the estate in their turn. See less
