Description
Dégustation et Harmonie provides oenology courses adapted to your level and your requirements. We offer tasting cycles on French and foreign wines, whisky and eaux-de-vie.
At each of these sessions, the services offered are as follows:
- Written and visual course materials
- 4 wines tasted
- 120 reference aromatic concentrates available to tasters
- Tasting equipment (glasses I. N. A. O., spittoons, tasting sheets, bread, cheeses, water ...)
During these tastings, everyone notes their sensations individually and then compares them with those of the other tasters during a round table. Thus, at the end of these sessions, everyone learns a lot about wine but also about themselves through the exchange and sharing that oenology generates.
This service consists of 4 sessions from 8 pm to 10 pm on the dates indicated below with the themes:
11/03 : WINE/CHEESE PAIRINGS 1
18/03 : WINE/CHEESE PAIRINGS 2
25/03 : NATURAL SWEET WINES
15/04 : SWEET/SWEET WINES

This does not mean that this facet should be excluded from the analysis but that it must be positioned after a rational description according to precise parameters relating to vision, olfaction, taste and tactile sense.
