Welcome aperitif with the classic sparkling wine method of Bianco d'Alessano and Fiano accompanied by "tarallini" from Puglia.
Guided tour of the cellar and, during the visit inside the underground cellar of the barrel, tasting a Primitivo pulled directly from the barrel.
At the end of the guided tour, tasting the Primitivo di Manduria DOP accompanied by a beautiful extra virgin olive oil Jorche on home friselle.

Recent history sees Antonio Gianfreda as the protagonist, a synthesis of the knowledge of previous generations combined with the technical knowledge acquired during his studies at Conegliano Veneto. Over the years Antonio gave new impetus to the activity that belonged to Cosimo, restructuring and expanding his father's cellar and increasing the marketing of wine for northern Italy. Now in the fifth generation, Dalila and Emanuela devote themselves with curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm to the historic family business, as well as to the management of hospitality in the Masseria. Dalila takes care of the hospitality and commercial aspects of the winery, while Emanuela, following in the footsteps of her father Antonio, graduated in oenology and viticulture in San Michele all'Adige and today is the oenologist of Jorche. Together, the two Gianfreda sisters were the first in the family to bottle their wines, enhancing their brand and their territory, exporting them with pride to the world. See less
