Description

Enter the production space of the artisan brewers of La Parisienne...
Between the vats and the bottling area, brewers are busy hopping, brewing, fermenting, maturing, filtering and bottling the different cuvées of La Parisienne.
During this visit, Jean and Elodie will take you behind the scenes of the production, all the stages of manufacture, the gestures, and the different aromas of the beers of the brewery.
They will also tell you a few words about growing hops. Indeed, La Parisienne is the only brasserie to grow hops in the heart of Paris!
You will also have the opportunity to taste 5 beers: three classics of La Parisienne, but also two "special" beers with a surprising taste...

Then... snorter?

1 To keep having fun safely:
The conditions for carrying out the workshops are adapted to meet the sanitary measures: reduced capacity, mandatory mask wearing, and hydroalcoholic gel available.

2 Discover our beers:
The Parisienne brews 100% of her beers. A pioneer of the Parisian craft beer movement, she has been campaigning since 2014 for the development and democratization of craft beer. It offers permanent beers, but also seasonal and ephemeral beers.

La Parisienne is committed to an eco-responsible approach, and seeks to promote a sustainable economy through concrete actions: organic ingredients, hops in urban agriculture, valorization of grains, and many other projects.

The Brasserie is also the first Parisian hop grower, with more than 600 feet planted intramuros and plantations in constant development. His goal: to use only hops from his plantations.

Jean is the founder of the brasserie La Parisienne, but originally, Jean is a winemaker. It has a large family vineyard in the Luberon. It was after many trips that he became particularly interested in the work of beer and decided to launch his own brewery in Pertuis. Shortly after he arrived in Paris and opened the brasserie La Parisienne. Elodie, meanwhile, arrived at La Parisienne a few months ago. Following a professional retraining, she is currently preparing a degree in Zythology (/ Beerology). It is therefore natural that she decides to join La Parisienne to highlight the know-how of Jean and his master brewers. See less
