Jean is the founder of the brasserie La Parisienne, but originally, Jean is a winemaker. It has a large family vineyard in the Luberon. It was after many trips that he became particularly interested in the work of beer and decided to launch his own brewery in Pertuis. Shortly after he arrived in Paris and opened the brasserie La Parisienne. Elodie, meanwhile, arrived at La Parisienne a few months ago. Following a professional retraining, she is currently preparing a degree in Zythology (/ Beerology). It is therefore natural that she decides to join La Parisienne to highlight the know-how of Jean and his master brewers.
