Very mineral nose where notes of flint, wet rock, and lime blend with fruits: mirabelle, white peach, lemon. On the palate, the beautiful acidity imparts a pleasant freshness that highlights the fruity notes. Straight and taut, the mineral finish is of a good length.

The Domaine la Bouche du Roi is a vineyard located 30 km from Paris in Île-de-France, spanning 26 hectares of organic vineyards. It revives the millennia-old winemaking tradition of the Île-de-France region by blending tradition and modernity. Founders Adrien Pélissié, Julien Bengué, and Julien Brustis established this vineyard in the plains of Versailles, producing balanced wines that reflect the local terroir.
