This Chablis 1er cru Butteaux 2018 offers a complex, intense and deep nose with smoky, citrus and floral notes. The palate is ample and has a creamy texture. Know a bit more about the domain

Thomas Pico has been climbing the ladder since 2004. Rigorous and passionate, he pampers his vines like few winegrowers in the region, the wines enjoy a purity and an energy that is as singular as it is rare, organic farming being undoubtedly no stranger to it. An already "great" winemaker to follow especially in the sector.
Today Thomas finds himself at the head of more than 20 hectares of vines, all located on the left bank of the Serein. These larger and more functional installations allow him to go even further in his research and his perfectionism.
