This blended white mainly from Marsanne supplemented with Roussanne. It reveals a pale gold color and a bouquet of yellow fruits. On the palate, we discover fullness, a dense and generous wine. An intense finish and offers a slightly spicy persistence

Bastien Jolivet took over the family business in 2014 following his father, he decided to no longer deliver his grapes to the cooperative in order to make his own vintages. A talented young winemaker, his reputation is growing thanks to the impressive quality of his wines. The estate is located in Saint-Jean de Muzols in the department of Ardèche, the winemaker produces cuvées on the prestigious appellation of Saint-Joseph.
The Jolievet estate cultivates these grapes on eight hectares, only Syrah is grown for red wines, and Roussanne and Marsanne for white wines. The vineyard is planted on hillsides facing south and south-east. It is a granite soil that hosts cultivated vines, ideal for Syrah. The climate here is temperate. The Jolivet estate is certified for organic viticulture.
