Gevrey-Chambertin Rouge is a red wine from Burgundy, originating from the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation. It is characterized by its deep ruby color and its aromas of red fruits, black cherries and spices. On the palate it is generally full-bodied, with firm tannins and a nice structure, offering a combination of power and elegance. This wine goes perfectly with meat dishes, particularly beef and game, as well as mature cheeses. It also has good aging potential to develop more complex aromas.
