Puligny-Montrachet Blanc is a dry white wine from Burgundy, originating from the Puligny-Montrachet appellation. It is characterized by its golden color and releases delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruits, citrus, hazelnuts and minerals. On the palate, it is generally lively, fresh, with nice acidity and a long finish. This wine goes perfectly with seafood, fish dishes, as well as goat cheeses. It is famous for its exceptional quality and is considered one of the best white wines in Burgundy.
