The Domaine de l’Ours Bleu, perched on the heights of Montsoreau, was born from a human encounter and a shared passion for wine. Located on a former estate of the Abbey of Seuilly, the estate blends history, organic viticulture, and hospitality. The first plots, adopted in 2013 and converted to organic farming by 2018, produced their first wines in 2021 after a long maturation period. The estate shares its premises with an organic orchard and also offers accommodation in its renovated outbuildings.
