Domaine de Cazaban will be the friend of your meats of character such as a rack of lamb with parsley, thyme and mustard, accompanied by a Provencal tian. It can also be the sweet companion of a cheese platter, supporting the freshness of a goat's cheese or the full-bodiedness of a mature Comté cheese.

Nestled in the Carcassonnais, Domaine de Cazaban is part of the Cabardès appellation, one of the most western of the Languedoc. Already far from the Mediterranean, but not yet in the Montagne Noire.
