Nestled in the Carcassonnais, the Domaine de Cazaban is named Cabardès, one of the most western in Languedoc. Already far from the Mediterranean, but not yet in the Black Mountain.

Our organic and biodynamic wines express much more than a country, they tell an adventure, those of people who chose this unusual terroir to immerse their new roots.

Jours de Vigne is like drinking in a country; the land gorged with light, where the sharp, lively touches of wild orchids are pinned on the colourful greys of the dry garrigue. Like its terroir, Jours de Vignes is complex, sometimes contradictory, but always balanced in freshness and carefree.
