Description

Manual harvesting in small boxes. Sorting of the harvest in the vat house. Long vinification in wooden vats, with punching down and temperature control. Aged in oak barrels (100% new barrels) and bottled after 18 months. A very beautiful ruby color with cherry aromas. Rich, with a lot of finesse, this wine can be kept for another 15 years.
