clos de caille - Anomis - 2021 - AOP Côtes de Provence

Rosé

Description

Anomys is made from a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 10% Cabernet
sauvignon and 10% syrah, a rosé with a complex blend. The vineyard extends over a terroir
limestone clay. The harvest takes place at night, the vinification is fragmented. A pellicular maceration is
carried out, then a light direct pressing, with cold stabilization then settling and fermentation at
16°C. On tasting, an aroma of peach and wild strawberry dominates. A delicacy
harmonious that ends on a sapid note. This wine is ideal for for aperitifs, on
Mediterranean or Asian cuisine.

Know a bit more about the domain

Located in Entrecasteaux, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, Clos de Caille is a wine estate in organic conversion whose limited production favors excellence.

Over the centuries, the complexity of a clay-limestone geology and the mild climate of the Mediterranean have given our terroir the optimal conditions for the production of eminent wines.

Under the impetus of the Mariotti family, owner of the Domaine for two generations, the Clos de Caille strives daily to reveal, through its work, the generosity of a unique terroir.
