This eighteen-hectare vineyard, set on the hill of Cos, benefits from a terroir of quaternary gravel and remarkable drainage. To extract the best from it, we take care to perfect, vintage after vintage, the match between plots and grape varieties. The Château takes its name from its geographical location on the hill of Cos and from the name of François Labory, owner until 1845.
