Château Cos d'Estournel, located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, is one of the "Super Seconds" of the Médoc. Cos d'Estournel was created by a singular character, who was nicknamed the "Maharajah of Saint-Estèphe" because of his taste for the Orient and especially for wines "back from the Indies".
