User profile description

DISTINCT VINES. IN THIS WAY, WE ARE ABLE TO PRODUCE A PORTFOLIO OF WINES WITH UNIQUE AND WELL-DIFFERENTIATED CHARACTERISTICS. They come from the Quinta do Estremadouro, in the commune of Penajaia, a transitional region for green wines, with a Mediterranean and Atlantic climate and a mixture of granite and shale. The grape varieties are: Sémillon, Verdelho, Viosinho, Gouveio, Cerceal, Encruzado and Alvarinho. They come from the commune of Castedo do Douro, from the place of Sobradais and Malvêdos, on the banks of the Douro, where we own 7 hectares of adult vines, mediterranean climate and clay shale soils. The varieties planted are: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto C -o and Souzo. THEY come from the municipality of Barrô, from the place of Pardelhas. At high altitude (450 metres), Atlantic climate and slightly limestone granite soils. It is from these 2 hectares that we have planted that we produce the grapes for the varietal and sparkling Pinot Noir.
