"I have owned the vineyard since 2015. After working for 12 years in the national police service, I took over the family farm. Being a winemaker has always been in my genes because I grew up in this atmosphere. Today it is full of projects in mind, but always keeping this authentic side, that I intend to develop my vineyard." My production philosophy: Give a strong personalization of tastes and aromas through a breeding in terracotta jar that allows to highlight the authenticity of the terroir. This produces an atypical and quirky Saint-Emilion. It is through the work of the soil that we manage to concentrate the personalization of this wine.
