User profile description

A FAMILY HOME WITH A GREAT TRADITION A family home of great tradition par excellence, Paul Dangin - Son is located in Celles-sur-Ource, a village of character in the heart of the Côte des Bar. In 1947, Paul Dangin decided to continue the quality work undertaken in the 19th century by his father Joseph. He creates the Paul Dangin -Son brand and, above all, develops a refined champagne based on the search for a balance between intensity and finesse. Since then, generations have passed and passed on the love of the vine. Perfectly exposed on exceptional mineral soil, our vineyard covers about 50 hectares. This vast terroir is home to our Champagne grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, a rare Champagne grape. Exclusively handmade grapes allow us to select our finest grapes to make our champagnes. We take great care of our territory, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, by practicing environmentally friendly reasoned viticulture by Terra Vitis certification. And it is with the same spirit of perfection that we assemble our wines by combining several grape varieties, vintages or reserve wines to create and perpetuate the Paul Dangin -Son style. From the vine to the press, from the cellar to the tasting, our 11 employees, all passionate about champagne wine, their professionalism and their dynamism to produce and market every year the Paul Dangin - Son range.
