Know a bit more about the domain

Domaine Bouhelier, located in Chaumont-le-Bois, was founded in the 1980s by Jean Bouhelier. Passed down from generation to generation, the estate cultivates primarily Pinot Noir, adopting a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach.
The vines are worked by hand, from trellising to harvest, to preserve the quality of the grapes and best express the clay-limestone terroir. This family expertise, combined with sustainable viticulture, results in authentic and elegant champagnes.
