Description

After welcoming you to the Castle, we will visit the property together. From the vineyards to the winery, I would have the pleasure of presenting our vineyard in the heart of the castle park. A friendly moment in small committee in an authentic and unique setting to discover the landscapes of Saint Emilionnais while curves and valleys.

Then, as you walk the way from the harvest to the winery, you will understand what makes the identity so special of our wines shaped by the know-how of the Château team. Because each bottle of wine is the fruit of the patient and constant work of the winemakers, the know-how and inspiration of Eric the head of culture and stage manager, the experience and science of Bruno the cellar master, supported by their team.

Then we will return to the vineyard for a tasting to discover two of our wines, including La Fleur du Château Haut-Piquat, on one of our finest vintages. Closer to our most beautiful plots of merlot, you will discover the secrets of our exceptional terroirs.

La Fleur de Château Haut Piquat provient des meilleurs parcelles de la propriété. C'est un vin à la fois rond et généreux. De couleur profonde, il exhale des parfums de fruits murs qui se prolongent harmonieusement en bouche.

Sol : plateaux argilo-calcaires

Culture et élevage :
Culture raisonnée, effeuillage manuel, vendanges en vert. Vinification en cuves inox thermorégulées. Elevage en barriques (2/3 neuves) pendant environ 12 mois.

Accords gastronomiques :
Il se marie merveilleusement avec les viandes, volailles, gibiers et fromages.
