Description

After welcoming you to the Castle, we will visit the property together. From the vineyards to the winery, I would have the pleasure of presenting our vineyard in the heart of the castle park. A friendly moment in small committee in an authentic and unique setting to discover the landscapes of Saint Emilionnais while curves and valleys.

Then, as you walk the way from the harvest to the winery, you will understand what makes the identity so special of our wines shaped by the know-how of the Château team. Because each bottle of wine is the fruit of the patient and constant work of the winemakers, the know-how and inspiration of Eric the head of culture and stage manager, the experience and science of Bruno the cellar master, supported by their team.

Then we will return to the vineyard for a tasting of two of our wines.

Finally, you will have the pleasure of a privileged and unique moment: Lunch on the grass with a "winemaker's meal" enjoying the beautiful park, the view of the castle, the vineyards and the horizon.
The menu:
- Terrine perigourdine,
- Perigourdine salad (dried breast, walnuts, shallots),
- Grocery product: Eggplant caviar and red pepper with Espelette pepper,
- Grocery product: Zucchini fondue in Roquefort,
- individual buns,
- Dessert according to the market,
- 1 glass of wine from Château Piquat.
