Selection cellar Maison des Millésimes Paris
The nose captivates with its finesse and complexity, combining lightness, indulgence, and minerality in a remarkably pure expression.
On the palate, the attack is clean and intensely fruity, revealing the hallmark minerality of Chablis.
The wine unfolds with precision, depth, and elegance, leading to a long, persistent finish marked by stony and saline notes.
Intense, crystalline, and refined, this Chablis is a true discovery—reflecting the craftsmanship and authenticity of the estate.

The estate covers just over 23 hectares across seven villages of the Chablis region, including Milly, La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, and Chablis.
Its origins date back to the 1950s with the union of Christiane and Jean, both from winegrowing families. The vineyard expanded in the 1980s with the arrival of their son Philippe.
Today, the estate includes around fifty parcels, cultivated for Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premiers Crus.
