Nestled in the Carcassonnais, the Domaine de Cazaban is named Cabardès, one of the most western in Languedoc. Already far from the Mediterranean, but not yet in the Black Mountain.

Our organic and biodynamic wines express much more than a country, they tell an adventure, those of people who chose this unusual terroir to immerse their new roots.

Red colour with cherry glints. Parti Pris is characterised by very fine aromas with subtle hints of red berries and cherry. Very well-balanced, it shows a very good persistence on the palate with very light woody notes.
