LE COT de Bonnange est une invitation au voyage : une version suave et élégante du Malbec, tout en finesse fruitée et épicée – un vin surprenant, gourmand dès aujourd’hui, conçu pour un plaisir immédiat. Une seule parcelle, dominée par l’argile grise et les gruppes. Vignes de 25 ans en moyenne. L'enherbement est naturel avec un effeuillage manuel et des vendanges vertes. Cot vinification, une macération 1 semaine puis élevage cuve 3 mois, sans filtration ni collage. La robe est intense, reflets violets, avec un nez complexe, fruité (fruits noirs), épicé (poivre) et floral (violette). Attaque suave, tanins gourmands, bouche riche, belle longueur.
