Description
It is for us an important cultural and taste adventure, a pilgrimage of sorts, to try to appropriate the most beautiful terroirs of historic Champagne. We work here with very professional and trusted winemakers.
The vines are grown in the same spirit as ours and we only choose to work with vines more than 30 years old. We decide for ourselves the date of harvest of the grapes we buy, the ultimate condition for making a great wine.
We will be delighted to welcome you for a presentation of our vineyard.
We will explain the work done at the vineyard, then the one done to the winemaking to finish by the wine growing.
Finally, we will offer you a tasting of some of our vintages.
