Description
Grape: Chardonnay.
Origin: The Mâcon-Villages "Clos de la Bressande" is made from a plot of 1 ha on the commune of Hurigny. Its clay-limestone soil and its south/south-east exposure make the grapes ripen superbly to give this refreshing wine very present aromas of fruit and flowers, ideally preserved by rearing in vats, at low temperature.
Vinification: Thermo-regulated tanks
Preservation: Mâcon-Villages is the ultimate pleasure wine. It should be enjoyed as a young age - up to 3 years old - to appreciate all its freshness and finesse.
Service: 12oC
Food and wine pairing: It goes well with an aperitif, cold cuts, white meats and grilled fish.
